You may change your password in just a few clicks. Simply connect to your account by entering your login name and current password.
- Select the “Your profile” tab
- Choose “Security” in the menu
You will need to enter your current password, and then enter the new one twice, before confirming the change.
What should I do if I lose my password?
On the login page, click on “Reset”. Simply enter the e-mail address you use with your account in the pop-up window that opens.
After confirmation, an e-mail is sent to you immediately, with a link to reinitialize your password. When you click on the link, you will be redirected to the platform to configure your new password.
