Why can't I change some of the information in my profile?

For reasons related to trust and security, some of the information concerning your profile and your organization cannot be modified once it is validated.



That information is actually verified by the platform’s teams in order to confirm the identity of each participant. Other information is related to data usage licenses concerning transactions. It is therefore subject to control before it can be changed. 

If you would like to change this information, please contact the team responsible for your account: 

  • Organization name 

  • Business registration number 

  • Tax information 

  • E-mail address
