How to delete my account?

It is simple to delete your profile from the platform.

  • Click on the “Your profile” tab
  • Enter the “Security” menu
  • Click on the button “Delete my account


This will prompt you to send an email to the orchestrator team so you can ask them to delete your account. 


You may perform this operation at any time. The account is then deleted by the orchestrator team, which confirms deletion by e-mail. Your profile will be removed from the platform and will no longer be visible to other members.

By deleting your profile, you will lose all of the information associated with your account. Any currently active offerings you may have will be unpublished automatically. You will no longer have access to provider offerings, invoices, or licenses.
We recommend that you save all of these documents before deleting your account.
