The possibility to connect via Single Sign-On (SSO) depends on the configuration of the Data Exchange Solution* to which you are connecting. To find out more, contact the Orchestrator team.

The Data Exchange Solution enables participants whose identity provider is Google or Microsoft to log in quickly using the credentials linked to their existing e-mail account, thanks to the SSO.

An identity provider is a service that stores and verifies the identity of users.

Please note that only one login method can be used by a participant. If you set the connection method to SSO, you will not be able to connect with an e-mail address and password on the Participant Portal; you will be obliged to use the SSO.

How do I set up the SSO connection method in my participant profile?

To connect via SSO, you must first set up the SSO connection method on your participant profile in the “Security” step. An “SSO identification” block is available, enabling you to select your SSO provider from among the following:

  • Google

  • Microsoft

Please note that the identity providers activated for the SSO are chosen by the Participant Portal orchestrator.

Your account must be linked to your professional e-mail address to activate SSO identification.

The e-mail address entered on your profile and the e-mail address used by your identity provider must be identical in order to use the SSO connection method.

A modal will appear asking you to enter your e-mail account details.

How do I log in using SSO?

On the login page, simply click on the button:

  • “Continue with Google” if your identity provider is Google

  • “Continue with Microsoft” if your identity provider is Microsoft

A modal will appear asking you to enter your e-mail account details. Your details will be recognized and you will be connected.
