How can I invite my colleagues to join my organization on the platform?

Access to this feature depends on your subscription plan. To find out your current plan, go to your profile in the top right corner > "Your organization", and check the "Usage quotas" section.

The Participant Portal is designed to let you collaborate with other members of your organization on your data acquisition and distribution activities.

To invite your colleagues to your organization:

• From the My Organization menu, click on the Member Management submenu
• Click the "Invite new members" button
• Enter each user's profile information:
  • their email address
  • the role(s) they will have in your organization
  • their first and last name (optional)
• You can customize the invitation email that will be sent, if you wish. Otherwise, a standard email will be sent
• Add another invitee if you wish
