Can I delete a file from my data offering?

From the "Data" step of your data offering's submission page, you can delete any file present in the offering.

In this case, the file can no longer be acquired in a new data transaction.

The file is not deleted for acquirers who have already acquired it. They can retrieve the file up to 36 months after the file has been made available, or earlier if you have set a file retention limit date before the data transaction took place.

Deletion of files from the data offering is automatic if you have defined a file retention limit date at the “Compliance” step of the data offering submission.
