What invoicing and tax information should be provided?

The information to be provided for your organization is:

  • Billing address
  • Taxation applicable to your organization
    • Tax identification number

To complete this information, you must have one of the following roles within your organization:

  • Administrative manager
  • Administrator

How to complete them?

Go to Your profile / Your organization / Billing and payment subsection and complete the following items:

  • Billing address
    • Click on Edit
    • Enter your billing address and click on validate
  • Taxation applicable to your organization
    • Click on Edit
    • Choose from
      • Subject to tax with a tax identification number
      • Subject to tax without a tax identification number
      • Not subject to tax
    • Tax identification number, to be completed of the Subject to tax with a tax identification number option was selected previously.

  • The billing information entered is used to determine the applicable taxes for each transaction carried out on the Participant Portal.
  • The identification number cannot be changed after validation. To change it, contact the orchestrator team.
