Registration and organization setup

Before you start

To prepare in advance:

• Business email address
• Last name, first name, and job title
• Your company's legal information: legal name, registration number (e.g. VAT, SIRET), registered office address
• Your company's logo

Step 1: Access the registration page

1. Go to the Data Exchange Solution (DXS) registration page, at the address previously communicated to you.
2. If you are on the login page, click on "Sign up", at the top right of the screen.
3. Enter your business email address and review the terms of use and privacy policy before accepting them.
4. Click on "Sign up".

Step 2: Verify your email address

1. Open the confirmation email you received. Remember to check your spam folder if nothing arrives within a few minutes.
2. Click on the verification/activation link and enter the code.
3. You are redirected to the Portal, your account is now active, with restricted access if your organization has not yet been verified.

Step 3: Complete the organization information (Administrator role)

Once logged in, you can configure your organization's profile. Fields marked as required must be completed before your account can be validated by the orchestration team, allowing you to access all the portal's features.

Click on your profile at the top right, then click on "Your organization" to complete the following information:

In the "Organization Page" section

• Organization name - required
• Description of your activity - required
• Organization website - optional
• Organization logo - optional
• Country and address of the registered office - required
• Registration number - required
• Type of organization - required
• Business sectors - optional
• Country(ies) in which the organization is present - required

Step 4: Complete the user profile

• Job title / position held - required
• Business phone number - optional

Step 5: Validation and verification of the organization by the orchestrator

Once your organization's page is complete, the orchestrator proceeds with validating your registration ("Trust"). This step verifies and certifies your organization's identity before granting it advanced access to the DXS.

If any information is missing or requires clarification, the orchestrator will contact you directly to request it.

You will receive an email indicating that your organization has been validated.

Step 6: Getting started

Once your account is validated, you can:

• Explore the catalog of available data offerings
• Publish your own themes and data offerings 
• Invite and configure access and permissions for other members of your organization
• Access technical documentation and support resources
