How can I obtain my license?

A license is generated automatically when a transaction is concluded. You may access it at any time in your personal space.

Select the menu “Transactions” > “Acquirer"
Open the desired data offering
Click on the "License" tab"

There, you will find the usage licenses associated with each data transactions completed on this data offering.

How long are my license stored?
Your licenses and all other documents related to your transactions, are stored for an unlimited period of time.

These documents are deleted if your account is deleted. If that happens, there is no way to generate them again. We highly recommend that you keep backup copies.
