More granular management of file history for subscription-based data offerings

Provider's perspective

When creating or editing a subscription-based file data offering, the File history access section is restructured:

  • The “File distribution outside of the subscription” section now appears first, allowing you to define which files from the history are available for one-off acquisition: all files, the latest files, or none,

  • The “Files included with the subscription” section appears in second position and becomes optional: it can be removed if no file from the history is intended for new data acquirers. When enabled, it specifies that files are available from the start of the subscription.

Acquirer's perspective

A “Files included in the subscription” checkbox is available when validating the acquisition. By default, all files are selected.

The acquirer can deselect all or part of the available history:

  • When files are selected, delivery takes place immediately after acquisition.

  • When no file is selected, the first delivery only occurs when the subscription starts.

Selected files will appear in the cart summary, as well as in the transaction details with the mention “Included with subscription”.

A redesigned experience for adding use cases

When submitting a data offering, adding and editing a use case now takes place in a dedicated side panel, accessible directly from the Examples of use cases section. Use case tiles now also display the associated illustration, for easier visual identification.

Billing information for an acquisition has moved

Data acquirers access the billing information for each transaction directly from a side panel, accessible via the "See billing" button on each transaction tile.

Filter your acquisitions by billing status

Track the billing status of your acquisitions with the Billing filter, available on the Your acquirer transactions page.

Transactions without payment (open data offerings, free offerings) are not affected by this filter. Paid offerings with a price set to 0 are included.

Export request details for API data offerings

In the API consumption tracking view, an export button allows data providers and acquirers to download the request details in CSV format, directly from the details of a transaction or an acquisition.

Managing invited account access: direct deletion without prior deactivation

On the profile page of an invited member who has not yet joined your organization, the Access management section adapts: the account deactivation button is grayed out, a message explains why, and only permanent account deletion is offered.

Subscription durations of up to 10 years

For subscription-based data offerings, data providers can offer durations of up to 10 years.
